Program description
SoftWash Systems of St. Louis, operated by SoftWash Systems of St. Louis County LLC, sends text messages to customers and to people who have requested an estimate. Messages relate to estimates, appointment scheduling and confirmations, crew arrival notifications, job completion, invoices and payment reminders, review requests, and occasional service reminders for existing customers.
How you consent
We only text people who have given us their mobile number and agreed to be contacted. Consent is collected in one of three ways:
- You submit a request form on this website and provide your phone number alongside the disclosure shown on that form.
- You call or text our published business number and ask us to contact you.
- You are an existing customer who provided a phone number for service communication.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. It depends on where you are in a job. A typical job cycle involves roughly three to eight messages. Existing customers may receive one to two service reminders per year.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for text messages. Your mobile carrier may, according to your plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to cancel at any time. We also accept STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT.

Your mobile information is not shared
We share mobile numbers only with the service providers who deliver the messages on our behalf, and only so the message can be sent to you. They may not use your number for their own purposes.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
