Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not trade it.
We share it only with the service providers who make the business run: our CRM, our text and email delivery providers, and our payment processor. They may only use it to provide that service to us.
We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Photos
We take before and after photos of the work. We may use them to show our work. We do not publish your name, your address, or any personal detail alongside them. If you would rather we did not photograph your property at all, tell us and we will not.
How long we keep it
As long as you are a customer, and afterwards for as long as we need it for tax, warranty, and business records. If you want your information deleted, ask and we will delete what we are not legally required to keep.
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP. Immediate.
- Emails: use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
- Everything: call or email and ask us to remove you. We will.
Security
Your information is held in access controlled business systems. No system is perfect and we will not pretend otherwise, but we do not leave your details lying around.
Children
This is a home services business. Our services are not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
