These terms cover SoftWash Systems of St. Louis County, operated by SOFTWASH SYSTEMS OF ST LOUIS COUNTY LLC DBA SoftWash Systems of St. Louis County (registered with the State of Missouri as Bosqui Holdings LLC), and this website, stlsoftwash.com.
Who sends the messages
Text messages are sent under the name SoftWash Systems of St. Louis County, which is the doing-business-as name of SOFTWASH SYSTEMS OF ST LOUIS COUNTY LLC, the legal entity registered with the IRS. That same entity is registered with the State of Missouri as Bosqui Holdings LLC. All three names refer to one business at 3262 Yaeger Rd, Saint Louis, MO 63129.
SMS program description
SoftWash Systems of St. Louis County sends text messages to customers and to people who have requested an estimate. Messages relate to estimates, appointment scheduling and confirmations, crew arrival notifications, job completion, invoices and payment reminders, review requests, and — separately and only with your consent — occasional promotional offers and seasonal service reminders.
How you consent
We only text people who have given us their mobile number and agreed to be contacted. Consent is collected in one of three ways:
- You submit the estimate request form on this website, provide your mobile number and tick one or both of the optional consent boxes shown on that form.
- You call or text our published business number and ask us to contact you.
- You are an existing customer who provided a phone number for service communication.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can hire us and never receive a single text. The two consent checkboxes on our form are separate and optional, and neither is pre-ticked. We do not buy, rent or use third-party phone number lists.
Informational (non-marketing) messages
If you tick the first box, you consent to receive non-marketing text messages from SoftWash Systems of St. Louis County about your estimate, appointment scheduling and confirmations, crew arrival, job completion and invoices.
Marketing and promotional messages
If you tick the second box, you consent to receive marketing and promotional text messages, including seasonal service reminders and special offers, from SoftWash Systems of St. Louis County. This consent is entirely optional and separate from the informational consent above.
Age restriction
You must be 18 years of age or older to consent to receive text messages from us. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 and that the mobile number you provided belongs to you. We do not knowingly send text messages to anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has opted in, contact us and we will remove the number.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. It depends on where you are in a job. A typical job cycle involves roughly three to eight messages. Existing customers who opted into marketing messages may receive one to two service reminders per year.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for text messages. Your mobile carrier may, according to your plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to cancel at any time. We also accept STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT. After you send one of those you will get a single confirmation and then nothing further:
You are unsubscribed from SoftWash Systems of St. Louis County. No more messages will be sent. Reply HELP for help.

Your mobile information is not shared
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We share mobile numbers only with the service providers who deliver the messages on our behalf, and only so the message can be sent to you. They may not use your number for their own purposes.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Estimates and work
Estimates are provided free and without obligation. An estimate is based on the property as described and as observed at the time; if conditions on site differ materially we will tell you before starting rather than after. Scheduling is weather-dependent — exterior cleaning is not performed in freezing temperatures or unsafe conditions.
